Yes, a policy that covers 100,000 in personal liability is required to become a resident.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call the management office, stop by the management office or email work order request via our website in the Resident Section.
Do you provide carpet cleaning?
The carpets are cleaned when a resident vacates. We also offer free carpet cleaning only when a lease is renewed.
Do you offer complimentary pest control?
Yes, please call the leasing office to schedule for pest control. Pest control is on property every Tuesday, unless there are holidays.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Late charges are assessed on the 4th of the month at 9:00 AM.
Do I need to reserve the wet bar and grill?
No notices are necessary to use the wet bar and grill.
Do you have a business center?

How do I enter the gym after hours?
There is an outside entrance to the gym. Insert the amenity card in the transponder that is on the wall. When the transponder says "open" the door will be unlocked.
Do you allow grills on the balconies?
No. All open flames need to be at least 15 feet from the building.
What public transportation do you have available for residents?
Broward County Transport is available for residents with a bus stop just outside of the property on West Atlantic Boulevard.
How long does it take to drive from Banyan Bay to I-95?
Approximately 8 minutes with traffic.
How far is Pompano Beach from Banyan Bay?
Approximately 15 minutes.

Yes, the apartments are wired for cable. Resident is responsible for hook up and payment.
What cable options are available?
You can choose Comcast, AT&T, or Satellite Dish. The satellite dish can only be equipped in certain units.
Can I have a satellite dish installed at my apartment?
Yes, restrictions apply and office must be notified prior to installation.
Do you provide free Wi-Fi?
Yes. We provide free Wi-Fi that can only be accessed if you are close to the leasing office.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

How do I put money on my amenity card to use the laundry facility?
There is a machine in the laundry room that allows the resident to put money on the card. Put your card in the machine and add the amount that you wish to be attributed to your amenity card.
How do I let guests enter when the gate is closed?
Ask the guest to dial your number on the keypad. Press 6 when your phone rings to open the gate.
When do I need to give the property a notice to vacate?
We require at least 60 days written notice to vacate prior to lease expiration. A notice to vacate that is less than 60 days' notice are subject to additional fees.
